I know some people aren’t always comfortable talking about their intuition but whatever you call it, be it your gut feeling or a sixth sense, we often know and feel more without always knowing why.
I wrote about trusting your intuition before (1) so this time, I wanted to say how it feels for me. Bear in mind, it probably feels very different for you so it will be interesting to hear your take.
For me, it feels like it’s a strong urge to do something. When I came off attending a conference, I knew I wanted to go further with hypnotherapy work. There was a strong urge which led me to research and find my teacher Marisa Peer and her offerings.
At first, I thought it was just me being overexcited from attending the conference yet it felt like more than that. It was like my body was pulling me towards something, it even felt like a pushiness and it felt right. That was for a big decision.
On a smaller note, I was on a coaching call and I just kept hearing a voice saying “Introduce A to her”. I thought it was a bit odd but the voice wouldn’t go away until I acknowledged it. When I introduced them, they had so much in common.
So whenever I hear this voice or sense a strong urge, I know it’s time to trust my intuition. How does your intuition communicate with you?

I think intuition is your body and it’s under conscious memories that communicate with you. Your body remembers more than your brain does, it is locked inside and often it knows exactly how to handle a situation, but sometimes our brain and it’s programming comes in between. That is why we sometimes we feel something is right with our gut, but our brain cannot really explain why. Really interesting blogpost Selina!
