Monday is my day with my little boy. This week, I am mainly working on my new freebie “Why you procrastinate and what you can do about it”. I have a pretty busy week giving five Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions and a workshop “Hypnotise me to enjoy selling my services”.

I used to pick three tasks the night before so when I woke up the next morning, I knew what I would be working on. Why only 3 tasks? It was often overwhelming for me to see my long task list. Even if I did more than 3 tasks, I would feel I hadn’t accomplished anything for the day because I couldn’t see a dent in the long list. So by picking three tasks a day, I already felt much better.

Now, I take this one step further. Every Sunday, I look at my week and on my little planner, I write out the 3 main things I would like to achieve each workday. It helps me prepare for the week so I don’t miss anything significant. (1)

Every day, I look at the list and modify if necessary. Just by having an overview for the week makes a big difference because I know what’s coming up.

I feel a lot more relaxed and know that day by day, I am getting closer to my goals.

How do you plan your days and what are you working on?
